A legacy AdTech DSP moved onto a maintainable Next.js stack, with measurable Core Web Vitals gains and a tighter visual system.

Built by Kazi Tajnur Islam, a frontend and full-stack JavaScript developer, using Next.js, Redux Toolkit, React Leaflet, Tailwind CSS, Ant Design, Jest, Docker.

   Migrated the platform to Next.js and Redux Toolkit with Jest coverage for critical paths.

   Used Docker and targeted performance work to improve LCP by 43%.

   Collaborated with design to refine UI details and keep visual language consistent.

   Used Tailwind to ship UI quickly without drifting from the design system.
